Roxanne H. Dobrynski

 
Roxanne H. Dobrynski founded Federal Schedules, Inc. in 1986 with more than a dozen years of experience in the government contracting industry and extensive knowledge on the strategic and tactical development of Federal, State, and Local Government procurement opportunities. Ms. Dobrynski dedicated her skills, energy, and resources to building a strong company with a mission to provide companies with the highest level of government contract support through specialized knowledge of the government contracting field and a commitment to total client satisfaction. Her drive and vision helped to propel Federal Schedules into the government contracting spotlight and to its continued success today.
 
Ms. Dobrynski held a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Missouri and was a member of many associations, including Women in Technology (WIT), The Executive Committee - International Organization of CEO's (TEC), Herndon Dulles Chamber of Commerce, Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
 
Ms. Dobrynski was considered an authority on government contracts within the industry and was an active participant in the contracting arena. She presented at numerous industry and executive conferences, offered training through the non-profit Technical Assistance Program (PTAP) at George Mason University's Entrepreneurship Center, was quoted extensively, and was published in leading trade and business publications.
 
For twenty-three years Ms. Dobrynski was the energetic force behind Federal Schedules’ success, striving for excellence in everything she did. Federal Schedules continues to grow as a company, operating under Ms. Dobrynski's principles of hard work, dedication, and determination and carrying on her mission of on-going excellence.
