Retirement and Reward Benefits – 401K

FEDSched sponsors a 401K investment program, which employees are eligible for after one year of full-time service. Once enrolled, you may choose from a variety of funds and contribute an elected percentage of your gross income to the plan. FEDSched provides an additional contribution equivalent to 5% of gross income on employees’ behalf.

Time-off Benefits – Annual Leave

You will receive two (2) weeks vacation and two (2) weeks sick (160 hours) of paid leave per year. There is a one (1) week increase after five (5) years of continuous service and an additional week increase after ten (10) years of continuous service.
