The beginning of summer is often a busy time as people start going on vacation and enjoying time away from the office.  Which is why we understand if you couldn’t make it to our webinar, “Finding Your Fit Within the Federal Government” on June 13th.  The webinar was the first in a three-part series called “Improving Your Capture Process” that Federal Schedules, Inc. co-presented with AOC Key Solutions.

In this webinar, Gina Gallagher, President of AOC Key Solutions, and Melody Giangreco, Executive Contracts Manager at FEDSched, offered their expertise in positioning companies within the federal marketplace.  Gina began the webinar with insights on the fiscal year 2018 budget.  After Gina led attendees through agency spending trends and tips for improving capability statements and past performance, the presentation shifted focus to the GSA Schedule Contract.

Melody gave the audience a picture of the GSA Schedule Contract as part of the overall federal market. She highlighted some of the largest GSA Schedules and their corresponding industries.  Melody closed out the presentation with a practical walk-through on identifying target agencies and competitors in the federal space.
