Carol S. DiSano, an experienced human resources professional, currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors, as well as Director of Operations at Federal Schedules, Inc. (FEDSched). Carol joined FEDSched in 1996 as Human Resources and Office Manager. With a strong attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of day-to-day operational processes and procedures, Carol was an ideal candidate for promotion to Director of Operations in January of 2013.

In addition to managing human resources and benefits administration, Carol directs FEDSched’s facilities management and financial operations, including the accounts payable and receivable departments. In 2012, Ms. DiSano played a significant role in the research, planning, and execution of FEDSched’s transition to 100% employee-ownership.
