Update: OASIS Pool 2 Now Open for Small Businesses
On November 10, 2016, GSA issued a solicitation notice, officially opening OASIS Small Business Pool 2 for on-ramping. OASIS Pool 2 include services related to Offices of Certified Public Accountants, Tax Preparation , Payroll, Other Accounting Services, and Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities. Companies have until 4:30 pm central time on January 10, 2017 to submit a proposal for consideration. The notice is posted on FedBizOpps under Solicitation GS00Q-13-DR-0002.
Draft Solicitation Posted to FBO
On Friday, September 16, 2016, GSA posted a draft solicitation on FedBizOpps (FBO) announcing that OASIS Small Business Pool 2 will re-open for on-ramping. GSA originally intended to award 40 small businesses under Pool 2. With only 9 small businesses currently awarded under the pool, GSA plans to make 31 additional awards during the proposed on-ramping period.
