Retirement and Reward Benefits

401K investment program, which employees are eligible for after one year of
full-time service. Once enrolled, you may choose from a variety of funds and

FEDSched provides an additional contribution equivalent to 5% of gross
income on employees’ behalf.

Time-Off Benefits

You will receive two (2) weeks vacation and two (2) weeks sick (160 hours) of
paid leave per year. There is a one (1) week increase after five (5) years of
continuous service and an additional week increase after ten (10) years of
continuous service.

Contracts Adminstrator

FEDSched is seeking a high energy individual to join our Contracts Team. This is an entry-level position reporting to an Executive Contracts Manager and includes on-the-job training.

Individual must be able to perform a variety of clerical duties and administrative tasks and should possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite including Excel and Word. Strong spreadsheet management skills are a plus. This entry-level position will allow for remote work.

Successful candidates will be deadline driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective workload prioritization. Strong organization and communication skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field required.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in the preparation of contractual documents and correspondence for internal and external audiences.
  • Research and perform competitive analysis.
  • Assist in the scheduling, planning, and coordination of tasks between client, FEDSched and GSA.
  • Compile, review, and edit data to ensure accuracy, completeness and appropriate formatting.
  • Assist in the review of documents to ensure compliance of terms with GSA processes, rules and regulations.
  • Execute other administrative tasks for the contracts department as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S. Degree
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Solid negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills are required
  • Candidate must possess a positive and proactive attitude and ability to handle multiple high visibility critical tasks simultaneously

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in contracts administration
