How We Started

Equipped with 12 years of government contract experience and incredible drive, Roxanne H. Dobrynski founded Federal Schedules, Inc. in 1986 to fill an industry need for specialized GSA Schedule Contract support.

FEDSched has provided government contractors with GSA Schedule support through over three decades of changes at GSA. Decades ago, when the GSA Schedule had a limited open season and just a one-year contract term, our team worked long hours into the night to meet proposal submission deadlines. Before the days of eOffer and eMod, our president Julie C. Crosby, would drive to GSA’s Crystal City office nearly every weekday to hand deliver proposals and modifications.

Now led by Julie, FEDSched continues to grow as a company, carrying on Roxanne’s mission of ongoing excellence and operating under her principles of hard work, dedication, and determination.
