Community Impact

Founded by Roxanne H. Dobrynski, Federal Schedules, Inc. (FEDSched) was built upon the belief that success comes with a duty to give back to the community. Since our founding in 1986, the people of Federal Schedules have been committed to making a difference in the communities where we live and work. Through corporate donations and programs that enable our employees to volunteer, Federal Schedules supports nonprofit organizations, programs, and activities which aim to improve the community and the quality of life of community members.

“We have built a company with people who care enough to get involved and who are, themselves, good citizens. When you build a company around good people, it is much easier to do good things.”

Volunteer Programs

Community involvement at Federal Schedules goes beyond financial commitment. Year after year, Federal Schedules’ employees volunteer considerable time, talents, and resources to charitable organizations. As a company we commit corporate support by means of a formal volunteer policy. Each employee at Federal Schedules receives four hours a month of paid time-off to volunteer at the organization of their choice. This program has successfully enabled employees to dedicate their time to causes and charities that are important to them, greatly improving their level of community involvement.
