FAS Catalog Platform

ATTENTION REQUIRED: Transition Date for FAS Catalog Platform

Has your company received an email from GSA with a subject similar to the above? As the email notes, the FAS Catalog Platform is a new application intended to modernize the GSA Contract modification process.

While FCP eliminates the need for GSA Advantage uploads, it introduces additional complexities. Those complexities include a new platform, process, and terminology, as well as a specialized Product File, Services Plus File, and Compliance & Pricing Report. It also requires a one-time baseline action modificiation to make the official switch to FCP.

Wading through the FCP videos, guides, and 190-question FAQ to learn the new platform can take hours. Postponing the transition process after your eligibility date puts a hold on contract modifications.

Our experts can save you time and help you seamlessly transition to FCP, while you stay focused on your business.

Our FCP Transition Support Includes:

  • Explaining the Transition Process & Modification Restrictions During the Transition
  • Updating Your Seller Profile

Updating your Seller Profile will include addressing any validation errors or discrepancies as needed.

  • Initiating Your Baseline Catalog Action(s)

This part of the process will depend on if your company offers products and/or services under your GSA Contract. If you offer both, we’ll work to complete both Baseline actions on your behalf.

If you offer products, we will review the Product File generated from FCP, complete missing fields as applicable, and address any validation errors as needed. Following the return of the Compliance and Pricing Report, our team will work with you to address compliance flags as needed prior to submitting the product Baseline modification.

If your company offers services, we will create a Services Plus File with your awarded items. Similar to the Product File baseline, we will address any validation errors as needed, and then submit your services Baseline modification.

  • Tracking the Status of Your Baseline Modification(s) through GSA Approval
  • Uploading FCP Compliant Terms & Conditions File Upon Approval of Baseline Modification(s)
