Julie C. Crosby

President

As President, Julie Crosby is the leading force behind Federal Schedules, Inc. Julie began her career at FEDSched in 1991 and worked from the ground up under the mentorship of company founder, Roxanne Dobrynski.

Julie’s primary responsibilities include executing Federal Schedules’ business strategy and ensuring operational excellence. Julie oversees all company operations – from human resources and finance, to marketing, communications, and contracts. As company leader, Julie ensures FEDSched continues to evolve to meet client needs and address government procurement policy trends.

Cultivator of Relationships

Relationships are particularly important in the government contracting industry.  In addition to developing strategic partnerships and alliances, Julie works diligently to maintain relationships with clients and senior leadership at the General Services Administration (GSA). Julie encourages feedback, making her contact information readily available and conducting introductory calls to all new clients.

Before the days of telecommuting and paperless initiatives, Julie served as the primary contact with GSA, visiting their Crystal City location on a daily basis to meet with Contracting Officers and hand-deliver proposals and contract modifications. While the form of communication has changed, Julie still works to maintain a strong rapport with GSA leadership.

Procurement Expert

Julie is effective in her role as President because in addition to leadership experience, she is a procurement expert with nearly thirty years of government contract experience. Before becoming Vice President and then President in March of 2009, Julie served in a contracts position, providing clients with GSA Schedule Contract acquisition and management support.

Past Experience

Before joining Federal Schedules, Julie specialized in federal financing for technologies within various positions at other organizations. Julie was a contributing party in the development of federal financing alternatives such as Lease with Option to Purchase and Lease to Ownership plans.
