FY 2021 vs FY 2020 GSA Sales Comparison

Sales under the IT Large Category increased from $17.9 billion in fiscal year 2020, to a record high of $20.3 billion in fiscal year 2021. Similar to last year, the nearly $2.5 billion IT increase accounts for 74% of the total increase in GSA MAS Contract sales.

While the IT Large Category had the largest increase in sales, the Security and Protection Large Category experienced the largest percentage increase with sales rising 21% in fiscal year 2021.

Small vs Other than Small

In fiscal year 2021, small businesses accounted for approximately 37% of GSA MAS Contract Sales. Keep in mind, these stats vary across Large Categories. Small businesses actually account for the majority of sales under the Transportation & Logistics Services, Facilities, Furniture & Furnishings, and Security & Protection Large Categories.

All federal government agencies are eligible to purchase from the GSA MAS Contract. State and local government can purchase from specific IT and security related GSA MAS Contract SINs at any time. Top SINs: Highest FY 2021 Sales

In fiscal year 2021, the IT Large Category accounted for approximately half of all GSA MAS Contract sales and six of the top 10 SINs. The Professional Services Large Category ranks second in terms of sales and accounts for three of the SINs listed below.
