In fiscal year 2024, companies that held a GSA MAS Contract took in more than $51 billion in sales. Fiscal year 2024 sales increased approximately 11% from fiscal year 2023 and approximately 40% over the past five fiscal years.

FY 2024 vs FY 2023 GSA Sales Comparison
The chart below illustrates fiscal year 2023 and 2024 sales by Large Category. The IT Large Category and the Professional Services Large Category had the highest increase in sales at approximately $3.1 billion and $1.2 billion respectively. However, the Travel Large Category had the highest percentage increase in sales at 30%, followed by the Transportation and Logistics Services Large Category at 18%.

Small vs Other than Small
In fiscal year 2024, small businesses accounted for approximately 35% of total GSA MAS Contract sales. Keep in mind, these stats vary across Large Categories. Small businesses accounted for more than 50% of sales under the Transportation, Industrial, and Facilities Large Categories.
Federal vs State/Local
All federal government agencies are eligible to purchase from the GSA MAS Contract. The contract can also be used to sell to state and local government under certain circumstances. State and local government can purchase from specific IT and Security GSA Contract SINs at any time, and from any SIN for disaster preparation/recovery purposes.

Top SINs: Highest FY 2024 Sales
As always, the top 10 SINs are dominated by the IT and Professional Services Large Categories. In fiscal year 2024, the IT Large Category accounted for approximately half of all GSA MAS Contract sales and five of the top 10 SINs.
The Professional Services Large Category ranks second in terms of sales and accounts for three of the SINs listed below. SIN 541611 includes a wide range of professional services, including management and financial consulting, acquisition and grants management support, and business program and project management services.
The Facilities Maintenance and Management SIN and Lodging Negotiations and Management Services SIN stand out in the list below as the only non-IT/Professional Services SINs on the top 10 list.
